This is a really good vet. Bruce is excellent. I brought my cats here for years and they make having a pet very affordable. My only complaint was that Nikki on reception was sometimes a little rude but I'm assuming it was a bad day or two. I now live too far away to come at this moment but if I move within the area I will definitely return.

Best price's compared to most vets great staff I travel 40 minutes by car to use these vets that's how good they are highly recommended

Companion Care Vets Chesterfield

Great Service. Always happy to help, great care and attention given to my pets. The staff clearly love animals. Only reason this doesn't have 5 stars is any time my cats stay with them over night they get fleas! Which is really annoying having to flea bomb my house. Not their fault if someone brings in a pet with fleas but more checks should be done

This surgery, has achieved something very difficult. Based in a superstore, you'd expect less caring, less personal treatment. Instead, it combines the ease of access of the big shop with the absolute professionalism and pleasantness of all staff: the vets and surgeons (my elderly dog's surgery went so well I swear he regained a couple of years of life, and the surgeon really showed he knew his stuff), the nurses and the reception staff. Whether for a big, emotional, scary issue as with my dog, or for smaller day to day issues as for a new kitten, dealing with them is ever pleasant, reassuring and efficient. As any pet owner knows, that is what we need most.
